Our CNC machine is operated by dedicated highly trained technicians and provides us with the ability to rout many types of panel products including Plywood, MDF Laminates Aluminium composites, plastics and carbon fibre – to produce single or multiple component items with precise accuracy.
The CNC bed size is 3050x 2050 and allows machine heights of 100mm and cut through some materials up to 60mm thick enabling a cost effective quality solution for many items and offers new possibilities for designers.
We use the latest software and AutoCAD packages allowing us to produce an item even from a basic drawing.
