Broadley Case Study: Strictly Come Dancing’s Live Tour Title Sequence

When tasked with hosting the production of the title sequence for the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2025, Broadley Studios provided a professional space that supported the creative vision of our wonderful clients Creative Nuts. Filmed in our green screen Studio 1, the sequence highlights the glamour, energy, and excitement fans expect from the beloved series.

The goal was to create a visually appealing title sequence that aligns with the show’s vibrant identity while accommodating multiple talents across two separate shoots. The production required a reliable setup to ensure seamless collaboration between the creative team and the talent.

Broadley Studios’ Studio 1 provided the ideal space for the production. The green screen setup allowed the creative team to design and integrate bespoke virtual backdrops. To ensure high-quality results, we provided precise coloured lighting which enhanced the look of the performers and set the stage for post-production visuals.

The Strictly Come Dancing shoot was carried out over two sessions:

•  Session One: Olympian Montell Douglas and professional dancer Kai Widdrington performed in the first segment of filming.
•  Session Two: JB Gill from JLS, along with professional dancers Amy Dowden and Lauren Oakley, delivered their performances in the second segment.

Our role focused on providing a seamless production environment.

The flexibility of our green screen technology ensured the creative team had the tools they needed to bring their vision to life. We worked closely with the directors to ensure that the lighting, camera setups, and overall studio functionality aligned with their requirements, enabling a smooth and efficient workflow.
