It’s worth reflecting on one of the many things that stands out about the BBC’s Traitors series — the spectacular production design.
Who can forget the majesty of the wooden Trojan Horse in the very first challenge?
Working with Studio Lambert Scotland, the Trojan Horse was constructed through the creative wizardry of Steel the Scene Limited and the on-site Art Department.
Weighing in at 2.1 tons (no wonder the celebs struggled to pull it!),
it stood 5.25 metres tall and took a full six weeks to construct.
As we recall, it was torched in epic style as the celebs eventually succeeded (despite Clare Balding!) in completing the challenge on time.
Steel the Scene Limited are no doubt already working on their next show-stopping creation for our delight.
