Discount Displays strengthens market position with acquisition of Sign-Holders.co.uk and GreenMagic™ Brand

Discount Displays, one of the UK’s leading display and large-format printing companies, has strengthened its market position with the acquisition of Sign-Holders.co.uk and the GreenMagic™ brand.

Croydon-based Discount Displays Ltd has completed the acquisition of Sign-Holders.co.uk and the GreenMagic™ product range, significantly expanding its offering across display, signage and visual merchandising.

The acquisition brings together established businesses with decades of combined industry experience and creates an even broader product portfolio for organisations across retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, events and commercial sectors.

Customers will now benefit from an expanded range of more than 5,000 display and signage products, including sign holders, pavement signs, noticeboards, banner systems, exhibition displays, menu displays, literature stands, cable display systems and specialist display hardware.

The acquisition also introduces GreenMagic™’s established range of signage and point-of-sale products, strengthening Discount Displays’ offering for garden centres, nurseries and outdoor retail environments.

Existing Sign-Holders and GreenMagic™ customers will continue to receive the same service and product range, while benefiting from Discount Displays’ larger infrastructure, increased purchasing power and extensive in-house large-format printing facilities.

Discount Displays’ Croydon print facilities will remain unchanged, while warehousing and dispatch will move to larger premises in Swanmore, adding a further 10,000 sq ft of storage space and increasing the company’s import, stockholding and fulfilment capacity.

The acquisition has also supported further recruitment, taking the total team to 20 staff as the business expands its product range, warehousing and customer service capabilities.
