  • Quadrant2Design launch innovative 360° Virtual Showroom Tour for sustainable exhibition stands

Feb 4, 2025

Quadrant2Design, a Poole-based modular exhibition stand design and build contractor, has unveiled a 360° Virtual Showroom Tour titled, A Case Study on Reuse. This initiative is designed to help businesses move beyond preconceived notions about modular, reusable stands by taking viewers on an immersive journey with a successful brand across their exhibition calendar. Businesses can explore the tour independently, or with the guidance of the company’s expert design consultants.

In an industry saturated with shocking waste, and false claims around sustainability, Quadrant2Design has a unique business model that revolves 100% around reuse. The contractor exclusively offers highly sustainable, reusable stands. With this direct focus, Quadrant2Design’s custom-modular solution is unlike any others on the market.

Quadrant2Design offers a technical solution to sustainable exhibiting and required a coherent way of communicating how and why it works for companies of all sizes. In a serious bid to tackle unsustainable practices in the industry, Quadrant2Design made a significant investment in commissioning a 4k tour by Eye Revolution’s Will Pearson. Eye Revolution is renowned for outstanding 360° tours for prestigious clients like the Royal Household, 10 Downing Street, Apple, Jaguar, and the BBC.

As part of the case study on reuse, Quadrant2Design designed four stands centred around a curated brand, Retinoid Aesthetic. Each stand supports a different exhibiting strategy and show, including unique features and design elements. However, the stands ultimately showcase the value of Quadrant2Design’s service plans, and custom-modular, reconfigurable and reusable stands, across a full calendar of events.

Andrew Carney, Quadrant2Design Director, shared the importance of the virtual tour.

“The virtual showroom positions four stands, with a variety of objectives and a plethora of features in one space. The stands are designed to make an impact and immerse visitors in a branded experience. The interactive nature of the tour gives a real insight into the effect the stands have on visitors. But it’s more than a showroom, it’s a tour that demonstrates the versatility of our solution and how our service plans build sustainability and value into an exhibition calendar.”

About Free-Hire Pro:

The Free-Hire Pro Plan allows exhibitors to invest in their graphic panels while hiring the hardware for the stand free of charge. As part of the plan, exhibitors can enjoy project management, complete logistics handling, a full pre-build, installation and dismantling, and free storage.

About Lifetime Free Design:

All of Quadrant2Design’s service plans include Lifetime Free Design, a service where Quadrant2Design redesigns the stand layout to fit a new layout or space.
